The Homefront Protective Group, established in 1998, has been, and still is, the leader in "reality‟ training for the law enforcement community in the United States. Each training course is carefully developed with the purpose of providing the most realistic, practical and effective approach to problem solving the many contemporary issues facing the law enforcement community. Each training course has been meticulously developed and is dynamically instructed by active and recently retired law enforcement officers who are experts in their respective field. Our specialty involves proactive interdiction and investigative training courses that instruct officers how to accomplish their goals and win the fight against criminals and criminal organizations within their own jurisdictions within their own agency‟s guidelines and resources. The feedback we receive is overwhelmingly exceptional and the reports of success from our clients, using the techniques learned from our training courses, are numerous, outstanding and frequent.

Our Process
Since our company consists of a small full time staff complemented by dozens of part-time instructors and consultants, we are able to provide low-cost training to our clients. We have provided numerous training programs, of this nature, to a large number of law enforcement agencies and training academies throughout the United States. We offer diverse state of the art training programs in a variety of options for law enforcement agencies. Our training programs can be accessed through the following four (4) options:
1. Specifically Designed Training Classes
After consulting with you and evaluating your agency‟s needs, we develop a low-cost comprehensive training program that will train your employees and provide the necessary skills.
2. Scheduled Training Seminars
Your agency pays only for those who attend the many scheduled state of the art training seminars we provide throughout the year across the US. A discount applies when you send several officers to the seminar.
3. Co-hosting Training
When your agency co-hosts a training program or seminar with us, you have the ability to obtain free training for a pre-determined number of employees. Your only responsibilities include (1) providing a training room at or near your location capable of seating at least 35 persons (2) providing minimal assistance in advertising the training event to other agencies within your region or state (3) These other agencies will be charged a fee for each attendee in order to fund the training class.
4. Grant Sponsored
We will work within the parameters and budget of your grant and develop and conduct a training class or program within the guidelines you provide or prescribed in the grant.
As you can see, by the variety of options we offer, we understand the difficulty law enforcement faces with budgeting, availability of funding, and the costs associated with travel expenses related to training. We have developed options enabling us to work with you and provide much needed training in every situation. No longer is it necessary to cut training programs and, in turn, risk injuries to employees, increase potential litigation, or deploy a poorly trained staff.
